You discover Promitto online, through social media, walk by one of the clubs or are referred to us from a friend, colleague or health advisor/doctor.
We schedule a time you can tour the studio with the club manager at your local Promitto.
Our club manager discusses with you about your health goals or concerns and we setup an initial assessment time & funding scheme.
One of our expert health professionals, guides you through a thorough health assessment, noting your strength & energy levels, balance and more.
Our team will then collaborate to develop a personalised Health Mangement Program (HMP) for you to participate in that befits your schedule & needs.
We then will schedule your weekly appointments so that it lines up with our class rosters and place you in one-on-one or group sessions based on your HMP.
You will then begin your HMP at our club (optional home visits) and commence services.
We use a digital reporting tool combined with expert note taking to track your progress and adjust your program as necessary. Reporting allows us to better inform future changes or update your GP/family.
After 12 weeks we recommend reassessing you so that we can provide you with an accurate data-driven update to your personal health & wellbeing. This also allows us to potentially update your program.
After reassessment we review your HMP, updating it with more extras, additional classes or change session frequency as necessary.
If after 12 weeks you are stronger, healthier and your balance has improved. You may find your goals have changed, so now we can update your outcome measures and adjust your program further.
Regardless of the changes we make with your HMP. After your initial program, we can guarantee, your should feel healthier, stronger and most of all: Happier! Thats our Promitto!
