Listed below are some of our most frequently asked questions, we have attempted to provide the best possible answer for each of them. Please read below to find out more. Or contact us if you have a specific question in mind.
If you have a question that is not in this list, feel free to contact us during our opening hours.
During your visit, you’ll meet with our friendly Club Manager for a relaxed conversation about your health, lifestyle, and goals. We’ll take the time to understand your current strength and fitness levels, any health considerations, and what you would like to achieve, so we can guide you toward the right membership and support options.
We can also help you explore available funding pathways, discuss how often you may like to attend, and answer any questions you have along the way. You’ll then enjoy a guided tour of the club, with the opportunity to meet some of our welcoming members and professional team.
Once you decide to join the club, your journey begins with a comprehensive initial assessment and the development of your personalised program. This allows our clinical team to tailor your exercise plan to your current strength, mobility, health needs, and personal goals.
From there, you’ll begin attending our fully supervised small-group strength sessions, with no more than five members per class, ensuring you receive ongoing guidance, support, and individual attention.
We also recommend a reassessment after approximately three months, giving you the opportunity to check in with our clinical team, review your progress, and adjust your program as your health, lifestyle, and goals evolve.
Promitto is Australia’s first private health club created exclusively for adults over 60 — designed to provide a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment where members can feel comfortable exercising with confidence.
Unlike traditional gyms, Promitto is a private members-only club with capped memberships, allowing us to maintain a personalised experience and ensure every session is supervised by our experienced clinical team. Whenever you attend, an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist is there to guide you, support your technique, and help you exercise safely and effectively.
We specialise in healthy ageing, strength, mobility, balance, and long-term wellbeing, with programs tailored specifically to your individual needs, goals, and health considerations.
Our club is also equipped with easy-to-use, state-of-the-art technology designed specifically for over 60s. Your personalised Health Management Program (HMP) is stored digitally, allowing equipment to automatically adjust to your prescribed settings for a seamless and comfortable experience. Progress is tracked in real time, giving both you and our clinical team clear insight into your improvements over time.
At Promitto, it’s not just about exercise — it’s about helping you stay strong, independent, and connected in a community that genuinely cares.
At Promitto, every Health Management Program (HMP) is tailored to the individual, so membership costs can vary depending on the level of support, supervision, and services recommended for your needs and goals.
Your program may include supervised strength training, small group sessions, one-on-one consultations with our clinical team, or access to additional services such as physiotherapy massage and sauna-based recovery. Because no two people are the same, your membership is designed around what will best support your health, mobility, strength, and wellbeing.
Your complimentary tour and Health & Wellness Consultation are completely free, giving you the opportunity to learn more about the club and receive guidance before making any commitment.
